Who We Are

Bill Wrangler is developed and published by Mislaid Media LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. We built Bill Wrangler to help people take control of their cash flow — simply, privately, and without any hidden agenda.

This Privacy Policy explains how Bill Wrangler handles your information. The short answer is: it doesn't. But we believe you deserve the full picture, so here it is.

02 — Your Data

What Information Bill Wrangler Stores

Bill Wrangler allows you to enter personal financial information including bank balances, bill amounts, deposit amounts, due dates, and notes. This information is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

This means:

— If you delete the app, your data is deleted with it.
— If you get a new phone, your data does not automatically transfer.
— No one at Mislaid Media can see, access, or recover your data under any circumstances.

03 — Data Collection

What We Do Not Collect

Bill Wrangler does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

— Personal identification information (name, email, address)
— Financial account numbers or banking credentials
— Device identifiers or advertising IDs
— Location data
— Usage analytics or behavioral data
— Crash reports or diagnostics sent to Mislaid Media
— Any data whatsoever

We have deliberately designed Bill Wrangler to operate entirely offline and entirely on your device. There is no login, no account creation, and no network connection required or used by the app.

04 — Data Export

CSV Export Feature

Bill Wrangler includes a feature that allows you to export your data as a CSV file. When you use this feature, the app generates a file on your device and presents Apple's standard iOS Share Sheet.

You choose where that file goes — whether you save it to your Files app, email it to yourself, share it via AirDrop, or open it in another application. Mislaid Media does not receive a copy of this exported file under any circumstances. The export is entirely under your control.

05 — In-App Purchase

Bill Wrangler Full Access — $2.99

Bill Wrangler offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock full access. This purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Mislaid Media does not collect or store any payment information, credit card numbers, or billing details.

06 — Third Parties

Third Party Services

Bill Wrangler does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data services. We use no third-party SDKs or frameworks that collect data.

The only third-party involvement is Apple's App Store and StoreKit framework for processing the optional in-app purchase, which is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.

07 — Children

Children's Privacy

Bill Wrangler is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since the app collects no information from anyone, this applies equally to users of all ages.

08 — Changes

Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Since Bill Wrangler collects no data, any changes would only occur if the app's functionality changes in a way that affects data handling — in which case we will make that change clear.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of Bill Wrangler after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
